DNS - Problems, need explaining

Hi, I'm fairly new to the world of DNS and i wondered if anyone out there can shed a little light on a problem im having with one of my hosted domains, a site called www.gamesdays.net

The site is parked at www.freeparking.co.uk which has records which points to my RAQ's IP address. I've setup the DNS details on my RAQ exactly the same as all my other sites.

Now heres the weird thing, 80% of the time it works fine however every now and then some users can't access it, but others can and vice verser.

Does anyone know why this happens?????? Or how I might be able to fix it?

I've emailed the forwarding company and they have resubmitted the site but that hasn't seemed to of fixed the problem....
