Sendmail Does Not Send Mail

I am on a virtual host, my forms utilizing sendmail used to work until last week when it suddenly failed to send me results.

I have posted a trouble ticket to my web host and they seem to have such a difficult time finding solution to my problem.

What could be the possible reasons why sendmail suddenly failed to send mails???
