CPANEL Email problems
I don't know if to post this here but, if there anybody here who is well versed in cpanel that can help, I would really appreciate it.
I tried going to cpanel.net and signing up for the forum but I can't.
This is my problem.
I have setup several accounts in WHM and have been contacted by two of my clients about failure to log in to their created email accounts.
They are able to login to their main username the one I setup for them, but that is it.
What they are doing is going to http://www.mail2web.com to check their email.
I have setup a test account so you guys can check it out.
username: test@laperfectaband.com
pw: test1
The thing is I just checked in outlook express and it retrieves the mail just fine. It only happens when they go to mail2web.
I have never had a problem logging into mail2web with any email address before.
What is wrong? Has anybody using cpanel ever faced a problem like this before?
Any help would be great thanks. My customers are getting mad.
