I used to have a nice website now all I have is a page that reads can't find website. I am using Feature Price as a host ( Not now I switched today) thier servers went down over 30 hours ago and I have sent them 4 unanswered e-mails and have tried to call several times generally when I call I get this strange beeping sound but the one time I did get a hold of them I was told this was a Nation Wide DNS server problem and I would be unable to find another service that could help me. I called over 20 web hosts and found I was lied to. I am very upset and have asked them for a full refund ( no answer ) if there are others out there with the same problem I would like to hear from you. As I told Feature Price " This is not how business gets done "
They need to be held accountable for their inaction
