php upgrade time

Just a FYI for everyone running a dedicated server, it's time to upgrade php4. The upgrade patches a exploit, i can't even say what it is because i don't know, but i know most people don't keep on top of this stuff, so enjoy.

BTW, anyone whose tried to send me email, sorry, my isp decided it'd be a good time to filter port 25/tcp (jackasses), and as a result killed my mailserver =\ I'm gonna have a lot of WHT autoresponder bounces till saturday =\
