Exim and bounced emails

I've been going 'round and 'round with VO's tech support (which are great, btw) about this with no resolution. I guess I refuse to accept that it can't be fixed LOL

I'm on a ded. WHM/CPanel/Redhat deal running Exim. I recently noticed something that's been going on all along. When an email sent from a program (Subscribe Me, Mojo Mail, VBulletin, etc.) is sent to a bad address, it bounces back to nobody@myservername.net instead of going to the reply or from or errors_to address specified in the headers. So the bounced messages from all of my clients gets dumped in my box instead of them seeing their bounces to remove, etc.

VO says there's no way to fix this at this time but I just can't believe that all the zillions of servers set up this way are not able to handle bounces. Anybody have a magic answer? (and I'm a real newbie at configurations so speak newbie please Exim and bounced emails

TIA!
