Is Webair responsive to abuse complaints?
Hi. I'm new here and would be grateful for some feedback.Webair is hosting a dingbat who is making 800-900 spam attempts per hour to our mail server.
They're all from the same /24 block (208.96.172.0/24).
I've sent a note off to abuse@webair along with a screen capture of our router logs and await their response.
What research I've done leads me to the impression that Webair isn't very responsive to abuse complaints.
However, I can't know if that's true. I figured folks here could set me straight.
2nd: If Webair blows me off, can anyone recommend what what I might try next?
