Installation Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation on Dell T110

Hello,

I'm from Poland, since last week I bought a new Dell T110 Server with Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation. I've problem to install OS because my server reboot after "Starting windows" (i used original Dell ulity DVD to prepare installation, then put DVD of OS into drive - also original by Dell).

So my server reboots in loop (Boot OS DVD->Loadling files...->Starting Windows->reboot) and I can't install OS.

There isn't any BSOD on screen or any error, just cursor shows and reboot.

Please help me, I haven't any ideas what is wrong.

Server is DELL PE T110 X3480 4GB 2x500GB RAID DVDRW iDRAC PERC S100
