crazy .biz DNS problems... Please Help!

Http://www.girltoy.biz has been registered for a customer... and here are some problems that are going on.

About half of the people that the link is sent to get 500 or 557 (DNS) errors.

No AOl users can access the site from within AOL's browser, they receive this error:

Unknown Host

Description: Unable to locate the server named "girltoy.biz" --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again
-----------------------------------


Other people, have NO problem WHATSOEVER loading everything.

The server is running RedHat 7.3 and cPanel.

Does anyone have any idea what to do about this sporatic problem? Where is it originating ISP or host? Would an apache config mod fix this?
