WHM and FrontPage

I'm trying to instal FrontPage extensions for several clients. I'm using the optuion through WHM and all I get is

Scanning httpd.conf..X...X...X....X..X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X...X....X...X...X...X...X..X...X. ..X....X..X...X...Setting Password

I try to access the site via FrontPage and nothing. Obviously the extensions are not being installed. Please help
