DNS nightmare.
The problem.
I receive errors on traceroute and when using www.dnsreport.com for the domain www.romedchim.ro
Nameservers: ns3. & ns4.romedchim.com
As I am not very strong with this stuff I can only imagine that the errors are due to a misconfiguration of the server I have my reseller package on.
I have another reseller account on which I have no problems at all: www.romedchim.com
Nameservers: ns1. & ns2.romedchim.com
What should I say to my provider about this issue ?
