can't access or ping microworld.com

I have the strangest problem. I signed up with microworld.com to host my web page. That was approx. 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. However, I cannot access their web page anymore or even ping it. For my system(s) it looks like this page does not exist at all. I have no problem whatsoever to access other web or ftp sites.

First I was mad at microworld.com but here is the strange thing: I can access their page when I hook up my cable modem directly to any of my systems. But when I connect through my router, the page simple does not seem to exist. It almost looks like my router is not even forwarding the request?!?!?

The only other thing I have changed within the last two weeks is the the cable modem. From a rented 3com 'Shark Fin' to a purchased 3com officeconnect. But as I said, I have no problems accessing any other site with the new modem. And there is the fact that I can access microworld.com when the new modem is connected to the systems directly.

I have talked to charter pipeline (my ISP), to Linksys (I use the BEFSR41 with the latest firmware) and to the everything checks out o.k. They all suggested to contact microworld and I send the several email messages regarding this, but they are very slow to respond.

It drives me nuts! Anyone got any idea on how to troubleshoot this?
