CGI/Perl not working on server....Fix for services !!

Server needs immediate repair, cgi/perl will not work on my server...linux 7.2, cpanel 4 -

keep getting:
Internal Server Error !

Anybody for fix gets:

500mb
4gb x'fer
Cpanel4

on server:
1.3 ghrz - 512 ram
