Log Viewing Software With Gui?

Is there any log viewing software with gui that actually counts the hits from a IP instead of displaying the message a billion times and have it become a huge log file?

Suppose your being attacked. And normally it would log each attempt a million times. I want it to have

error message IP ADDRESS number of errors

This would make my log file much smaller =/
