Anybody knows ?

Does anybody knows why the DNS zone file "vanishes"?

In WHM the domain is listed but when trying to edit the zone file for that domain the respective domain is not on the list.

I am reselling so I do not have root access but I would like to know because the tech(s) from the company I have bought this reseller package are a little bit "confused".
