Back Up Cpanel

I am running few sites with a hosting company which provides Cpanel.

Now i am planning to shift the hosting company.

I took the backup of from the cpanel and tried to upload on the new server which also has Cpanel.

The data, males everything is getting backup and remains same as it is.

But i am not getting the backup of mysql, autoresponder, forwards, mailing list from it.

Is there any way i can get the back of all the data in one go.
