Testing connection on a dedicated server
I currently have a dedicated server with rackspace and from what I can tell it is not pushing data as quick as it used to.
What are some things that I can do to test for throughput etc from the server end? I ran a wget from my dedicated box, and a wget from a shared account i have and the one on the shared account was ALOT faster.
Any diagnostics that you could inform me of would help out alot. Also what to look for from these tests? Whats considered good and whats bad? What should I expect from a server on the rackspace network?
