Securely mailing CC's - GPG? PHP?

I am in the process of moving from Revecom to my own Merchant processing, and have spent hours trying to figure out how to get the customers CC sent to me securely using GnuPG and PHP.

Has anyone had success using this method?

What other methods are there out there?
