space & bandwidth cap?
Admin wishes to create FTP accounts for friends to be hosted on site.
Admin wishes to place limits on space usage and transfer, and enforce it programmically.
Is this possible? Would CPanel have a facility for this, or would Admin have to write a script? If Admin has to write a script, would be be an .htaccess type file or a shellscript or whatnot?
