I installled Redhat Linux 7.2 with security level as medium in one server. Everthing went fine. After that I checked Telnet, SSH, FTP etc...everything working fine...I accessed from another server too....but the problem is for every 20 min...its not responding atall ...I mean ping, tracert , ssh, telnet etc...nothing are functioning....after executing the following commands then its again working and after 20 min again the same problem..
$> ifdown eth0 $> ifup eth0
Before that we were using PCQ Linux in that system worked well... thats a compaq server...and also the network is fine..this problem is only with this system only...Configuration seems to be ok....and sometimes system is also getting hanged...but its has 128MB RAM, 40GB HDD..I dont think its the problem with the hardware and network....
