Chilisoft mail component

Any idea about what mailing component apart from the spicerack ones that can be used on chilisoft, i have found it seems most components are made for IIS....i am trying to send mail from an ASP page but as i dont have any mail COM i am trying to get one, commercial or free.

I cant use spice rack as they dont do it as a stand alone app and i dont want to upgrade to the new chilisoft ( bundled ) for various reason
