Ubersmith 1.8.2 Support

It's currently 11:40PM EST. I come to see around 10:30PM EST that I have 22,075 support tickets. Now keep in mind my datacenter has not gone in flames, robbed, or my connectivity provider hasn't failed one bit. What type of tickets? - Lovely Miva Merchant notices below;

It's bad enough Miva is going to charge for support, and they decided to mail bomb me their update, but even worst I have to find out if Ubersmith offers to mass delete support tickets. - Anyone have a clue? From reviewing the Ubersmith threads it looks like they don't answere their e-mails too often. What should I do?

Please give me suggestions.
