Cpanel Bandwidth Bug ~ Severe ~

A former customer of mine decided to sign up for an account and upload some rar files for others to download via a third-party website (web forum for warez folks I believe).

Anyways his monthly bandwidth allowance was reached, and going to his site, you see the expected 509 bandwidth exceeded error.

However, what I found out later, was that the rar files were still being served and bandwidth was still being used up. Html files weren't being served, but the rar files were.

So now I'm stuck with something like $300 extra in hosting fees by my colo provider because of this Cpanel bug. Anyone else know about this?
