Please help me install squerrilmail on plesk 2.5 !

Hi I'm trying to install squirrelmail. This is what I have done :

1)Followed all the instructions in the squirrelmail install file and got it working on an individual account (but I couldn't set the data file's user to nobody, it only worked when it was set to the domain's owner.
2) created an alias in the httpd.cond (Alias /webmail "/path/to/squirrelmail" ) (added at the end).
3) Installed the vhost plugin

But it doesn't work. Hasn't anyone got anyware installing squirrelmail for al accounts? If anyone has please could you help me !

My server is a linux 7.1 with plesk 2.5 and php 4.1.2,
