server time going wrong

Hi, i was reading a forum a few days ago, about automatically seting the servers clock using the following command for windows 2k advanced server:

net time /setsntp:time.nist.gov

well the problem is, it puts the clock one hour wrong, is this because that time server is the wrong timezone???

the problem with it is it connects to that time server everytime the machine starts, and puts the clock one hour wrong.

If it is going wrong because of the timezone, does anyone know any GMT+ 0000 time servers, thanx
