Best newsletter scripts?

I was wondering what are the best newsletter scripts. I currently use one powered by ASP using Access 2000. The URL to the site of the script is http://www.spawned.co.uk

My servers can support PHP, MySQL and MS-SQL 2000 as well but you should note that I have no sendmail since my servers OS is Windows 2000 Advanced.
