Friend starting a Shared/Dedicated/Colo Host
He's starting out with a half rack at a datacenter...
Some one told him he needed a load balancer but since he has only one 10mbit line comming in, it really shouldn't be needed..
But what he does need is a good managed switch to manage the bandwidth..
I've seen many recommend the HP Procurve 2524.. But I'd like to know some of the best places to buy them... Just need one right now..
Also should we need anything else??
I've asked him to find out from the datacenter if he needs to route his own network, but I kind of doubt it...
Hmm.. another thing just came to mind.. APC.....
