DNS on Windows 2000 Server

I have problems with the configuration of DNS on my Windows 2000 server.

I'm working with hosting Controller and MS DNS.

The problem is that the NS1 is working, but the SOA records of the NS2 aren't reacting.

Is there a W2K specialist DNS on Windows 2000 Server who wants to help me ?
