quick help on .net debuggin

I have a .net user who wants to be able to debugg his own .net applications. He needs us to add his user to the DEBUGGER LIST for .net.

We have no idea how to do this.

Does anyone know how he can be added to the 'Debugger Users' group on the server????

Hopefully this won't be too much trouble.
