W2K CPU Usage 100% - any sugeestion for iiS setting please..
which hosts a picture posting forum website,
the problem is everytime someone post a picture and
that picture is coming in to the server the CPU usage
goes up all the way to 100%
I notice there's a cpu limit options in the iiS
what % should I enter as I read
Microsoft Website
it says something about threshold..
which I don't understand
I tried at 10% at it still goes up to 100%
which results in a lag for 15- 45 seconds
for other users who concurrently accessing the site.
Please suggest
