Scripts for a Windows Hosting Server

How would one go about running PERL, PHP, JAVA and any other scripts on a 2K server host. I'm running three 2K servers as web hosts and mail hosts, but can't seem to run any scripts. How do I set this up so that my customers can run their scripts?
