How do I make a mirror site of my own website, & connect it so that..

Hi there.. Pleae help me! Please remember that I am not that
Tech Savy".. so simple is great!

I need to make "mirror" copies of my website (or at least parts of it) so that I can connect it so that when a form is filled out, instead of it bieng sent to us the "mother" company, it will get sent to the, & thier info will be on the contact page..
