SPAM woes

hi,

for many months i'm getting SPAMS from

http://3dpageturningebook.com , http://theygo.com/FreeSoftware , http://www.digitalpublishingtools.com

on some of clients hosting accounts. One of the hosting accounts uses procmail also which i don't know how to block.

My point is how to report against them? as they have been nuisance for long time.
So far reporting to spamcop.net haven't yielded any results.
Their emails all seem to be forged.

Will reporting to their providers bring any result?

Any inputs appreciated.
