Tomcat Server Problem

I had download Tomcat from following link

" http://layer1.cpanel.net " and install it on my server by running the shell script "install.sh" .After then in my WHM I got a link with name "Install Servlets " under the section of plugin . And I also got a link with name "Servlet Server (tomcat)" .And when I tried
to restart the tomcat and test it http://serverip:8080 but it shows the DNS error means my tomcat is not running on my server .
Please help me and guide me how can run Tomcat on my server.Any help would be apperciable.
