DNS Issue: Does Anyone Have Any Idea Why...
I have the strangest problem, and no one seems to have any ideas. Ok, one of my sites, SoundCircuit.com, moved to a new host about two months ago. Usually when I switch hosts, my visitors can't view the new location for a while (varying from a few hours to a couple days, depending on their ISP). This time, I have a few users complaining about not being able to see the site weeks after the switch. They get the infamous "this page cannot be displayed" page.Ok, here's where it gets strange. They can view the site sometimes, and other times not at all. At the times when they can't view the site, they can still view every other site on the internet...so their internet access is fine. And hundreds of visitors can view the site while they can't, so the server is definitely up.
My host insists the problem isn't on their end, because most people can still access the site. And my users insist the problem isn't on their end, because they can still view every other site on the net. I've had a couple of them contact their ISP during the problem, and their customer support is clueless. I don't know what to do. I've never had this problem before, where a select view users couldn't view the site at certain times.

The host has been great, so I don't wanna leave... but I've never had this problem on another host...
Any ideas?
