on top of having problems with IIS, while im figuring that out I got apache going, but the funny thing is?? it wont work on port 80. All my services are turned off for IIS, i start apache and nothing.... it starts up but no one can access me. I try a netstat, port 80 dont even come up. So I changed the port to 85 now everything works. My provider doesnt block port 80 so im having some sort of conflict I guess....
