How to get a Thawte Cert Reissued. . .

I've got a customer that just switched over to my server and he owns a Thawte cert that was installed on his previous server.
The admin over there is a jerk and he won't forward the info about it (he did all the technical stuff for this guy) to me so I can get it re-issued. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do (besides hack his mail server and find it How to get a Thawte Cert Reissued. . . ).
