basic questions bout domain related settings
can sum1 point me to some help material where i can read basics.
e.g. i was trying to read settings of my friend's domain(sabritechnologies.com) on hexilion.com
he has bought domain and space from webtechnos.net (who are resllers of onlinenic.com)
what is network whois record? and what are UUNET technologies and Smart Servers under it?
what does A and PTR means in DNS records mean.
one thing which is really confusing me is webafrica.co.za in traceroute and PTR. where does this za thing come from when i guess server is located in US.
