virus, its that time of the year again

I looked all over for info on this, but just cant find much, except for two of these files. Anyway, the processes that are in question are:

tcpsvcs.exe
cdac11ba.exe
packethsvc.exe


The packet one is the one I am mainly worried about. I found the tcpsvcs one on mcafees site, but I checked my registry and cant find any of those keys that the virus is associated with. I have an up to date scanner, and it seems to be working correctly and not noticing anything. Anyone got any more info?

Also, I searched and didnt find any of those files on the hd.
I noticed them because before those start, my computers taskbar wont run.
