phpMyAdmin ErRor !!!!

In phpMyAdmin a client of mine is getting this error after i updated the Cpanel. Is any one else facing the same ?

gives:
PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled
____________________________________________________
on all databases.

Is this intentional ?

I noticed there are new menu options at the top of the page that allow me to do things I thought I could do before on the main database page, where I now get this error.
