Bacnend script problem

Im running cpanel and whm on my server, and im using the accounting.inc.php file to allow me to add new accounts etc automatically.

The pre-installed scripts all work fine, but if i try my own it doesnt work.

I can run it fine from the shell, but it doesnt work over the internet. Ive tried adding a new function to the accounting.php.inc, but it still doesnt work.

Has anybody had any luck in getting somthing like this to work?
