My domain arkansasequine.com (64.62.144.176) cannot be seen from my ISP (Cox Cable). "Unable to locate server" message. Yet it can be seen from other providers and through a proxy server. The DNS propagated 8 days ago. If it matters I signed up for a small reseller account, just to play with. I have done nothing inside WHM.
When I ping the site it times out. When I tracert the site it occasionally times out or cannot be found. I called Cox Cable and asked that the update their DNS Tables and the site would work for a night. Then the next day same problem.
Is this a problem with my ISP or do I have a dns problem.
