Virtual server programs for FreeBSD

Ok I googled around for a virtual server program for FreeBSD. Only to be returned with companies offering virtual server accounts. NONE, not even one provided any links to any FreeBSD virtual server software. It seems it dosen't exists then how come other companies are offering it with their FreeBSD system?

Either there is none or they are using jail with a custom install. Anyone know of any virtual server software for FreeBSD?
