Singapore SPAM Infested country
As mentioned earlier some of my clients received SPAMs through REACH network, and reach.com.sg doesn't bother, email to SGNIC also doesn't help much.
Some of my clients reported to the authorities to curb the SPAM supporters, who sell CD's of emails cheap & unauthorised, but got reply there are no laws to do it.
People are selling CD's containing 75,000 emails for around $25.
So if anyone happen to visit Singapore, use the public terminals with caution, and be sure whom are you giving email address to. As many foreigners learnt this lesson after getting burnt.
Some of the ADSL service providers (like SCV) also doesn't bother much on SPAM reports.
I believe this brings bad reputation to Singapore on Internet arena. Hope Singapore Authorities will do something to fight back this menace.
