psyBNC

I have my own dedicated server that I host my own websites off. I'm looking to setup and irc bouncer so I don't get packeted (its just kiddies with cable modems nothing serious) when I go to play matches with my clan.

Now for the question. I'm pretty competent in Linux but I'm having a hang up trying to complile psyBNC. Basically I get this error:

But I can't find any logs to see what is wrong. Anyone got any ideas?
