Premature end of script header

Hi,

I am trying to install and getting this error on apache log.

[Thu Nov 21 19:26:35 2002] [error] [client 64.261.235.18] Premature end of script headers: /home/delta/public_html/Faq/random.cgi

1. I have checked the parth
2. chmod 755
3. ASCII upload ..

I have done all above.

Is anythign I have to consider. Any help is appreciated.
