Download Queueing System
Basically I want to host some pretty large files, and I want to set the amount of people who can download at one time, and the bandwidth they can take up, and everyone else who requests a file goes into a queue, until the queue is ready for them, and then the file download begins.
I have experience with THTTPD, but it really doesn't do what I want in this case (yes it throttles, but it tells everyone else to "try again later").
Does anyone know of any GPLed or BSDed open source solution, or of any Pay solution out there?
