transfer charges based on WHM - BIG PROBLEM

how do you guys charge clients based on the transfer/bw usage shown in whm, those figures seem to be totally wrong...what do you do?

Does any of you know any program that can tell me the transfer of each domain, and actually show the right numbers?
This is not virtual domains, not having their own IP's
