mounting a secondary HDD

Hello, please lesten to my story.
My server became unbootable, somehow, and I was told that the OS needs to be re-installed.

So I asked them to Add a new HDD as a primary, and leave the current one as a secondary, so that I may be able to recover the current data.

Now my server is up, but the secondary HDD is not mounted, and I can't access it.

Here is the current status, how can I access the secondary HDD?
