FTP stats and Cpanel/WHM

i have quick question, under 'bandwidth' is says:

"Bandwidth (This only includes HTTP and POP3 traffic, it may include FTP traffic if your system admin has enabled it. This does not include SMTP,or any other traffic."

so how do I enable FTP logs in Cpanel/WHM ?

I want WHM/Cpanel to include FTP traffic into bandwidth usage.
